I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the location was superb. However, the dining could use a bit more variety. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable, offering great value for money.

The hotel offers comfortable and suitable rooms with a charming old Victorian style. Although they provide complimentary drinks and snacks plus a mobile phone for internet connectivity, the ventilation could be improved. The service was excellent, going above and beyond and very accommodating with a variety of foods at breakfast. The location is very convenient, making it great for shopping and sightseeing, but some areas appear 'tired. ' The dining experience was great, beyond expectations, with a good spread of freshly cooked food. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

I had a cozy stay at the Rendezvous Hotel Singapore. The room, although a bit small, was clean and very quiet, providing all the comfort we needed. Being a club member, we had the bonus of 2 complimentary laundry pieces per day, which came in handy since there wasn't a suitable place to dry clothes after washing them.

Access to the cocktail hour in the club lounge between 5pm-7pm was a pleasant addition, although I would prefer brighter lighting in the room. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff willing to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is great, just beside the MRT station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience could be more diverse to reflect local cuisine, but overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

The dining options were a bit limited and expensive, but the facilities were top-notch.
